Frequently Asked Questions

How do I receive my font once I made the purchase?

There are two ways to find your product download link:

  1. After you successfully checkout, the “Thank You” page will display a button to download the font.
  2. You will receive two emails after a successful checkout: an Order Confirmation Email first, followed by an email with a download link to the font you have purchased.

I don’t have a PayPal account. Do you have an alternative payment method?

You’ll need to checkout through PayPal, but you can click the “Pay with Bank Account or Credit Card” option if you don’t have a PayPal account after proceeding to PayPal.

Do you offer discounts for more than one license?

Yes! Just email us and we can discuss it further.

How to install fonts on a computer (Mac/PC)?

On a PC:
Double-click the OTF or TTF file, then click “Install.”

On a Mac:
Double-click the OTF or TTF file, then click “Install Font.”
Alternatively, you can manually install fonts by copying (CMD + C) the file(s) in OTF or TTF format, and pasting (CMD + V) them into this folder:
HD > Library > Fonts

Important:
Restart the program where you intend to use the font, and the fonts will appear in the font list when you open the program again.

What software do I need to use this font?

Once a font is installed on your computer, it can be used with any program that supports text creation, such as Microsoft Office applications, Adobe software, and almost any other text editor. To access additional glyphs in OTF files, you may need specific software to use those features.

How can I access the additional glyphs in the commercial versions?

To access additional glyphs, we recommend using Adobe Illustrator or InDesign:

  • Illustrator/InDesign: Click on “Text” > “Glyphs” to view the complete character map.
  • Adobe Photoshop CC 2015 or later: Click on “Type” > “Panels” > “Glyphs” or “Window” > “Glyphs.”

For other programs, please check if they support the character map. We will also include a separate font file with only the alternates and a character map for easier access, even in Microsoft Word.

What type of license does this store have?

You can check our licenses on the [Licenses Page].

I am using a font for a client project. Is it allowed to give the font files to my clients?

No, you are not allowed to share font files with your clients. If your client needs the font files, they should purchase or download them directly from our store. If you work with a third-party agency or organization, they will need to purchase their own license.

Can I use fonts for products for sale?

Yes, you can create physical or digital products with this font up to 10,000 prints/sales. If your sales exceed 10,000, you will need to either purchase an extended license or repurchase the font for unlimited sales.

I use fonts to create printable product templates (poster, business card, logo, etc). Am I allowed to provide fonts in my template files?

No. You are not allowed to provide font files within your template files. However, you can rasterize or convert text into graphical objects to create designs displayed in all media, as long as you do not include individual font characters.

Can I resell your font?

No, you cannot resell any font purchased from Creacy Studio.

What file types will I receive?

We provide OTF, TTF, WOFF, and WOFF2 formats.

Can I convert a font I purchased here to a web font?

Can I embed this font on my website?

If you want to embed this font on your website, you need to purchase a web font license.

Can I share font files I downloaded with a friend or distribute via a blog?

No. You are not allowed to share files you downloaded with others or make the fonts available for download on your blog or website. Please share the link to Creacy Studio’s website so others can download or purchase the font.

Can I get a refund if I bought one of your fonts on another marketplace and later found it for free elsewhere or on your website?

No. Refunds are not available in this case. This situation is similar to buying a game for $30 and then finding it available for free the following year.

I received the “Sorry, This File Type Is Not Permitted for Security Reasons” error in WordPress when uploading the OTF, TTF, or WOFF file.

This error is not related to the font file itself. WordPress limits file types by default, including OTF, TTF, and WOFF files. To resolve this issue, refer to this article: How to Fix “Sorry, This File Type Is Not Permitted for Security Reasons” Error in WordPress.
