This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of products and services provided by Creacy Studio. By downloading, purchasing, or using any product from Creacy Studio, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this Agreement.
1. License Grant
When you purchase or download any product from Creacy Studio, we grant you a non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not allow you to distribute, resell, or sublicense the product to any third party.
2. YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO:
Sell and Redistribute:
The items purchased or downloaded from Creacy Studio are for your personal use only. You cannot sell, resell, distribute, or redistribute the product to any third party in any form, whether modified or unmodified, without explicit written permission from us.
Allow More Users:
You may not allow additional users to access or use items purchased or downloaded from us. The license is granted solely for your personal use unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description.
Convert:
You are not allowed to convert, change, or alter the format of the product without prior written permission from Creacy Studio. This includes converting the product into a different file format, making modifications, or adapting it.
Duplicate:
You may not duplicate or copy the product for distribution or any other use without explicit permission from Creacy Studio. Duplication of the product for the purpose of resale, sharing, or any commercial use is prohibited.
3. Ownership
All products purchased or downloaded from Creacy Studio remain the intellectual property of Creacy Studio or its licensors. You are granted a license to use the product in accordance with this Agreement, but ownership remains with Creacy Studio.
4. Restrictions
You agree not to use any product in a way that violates the intellectual property rights of Creacy Studio or any third party. Any unauthorized use of the product will result in the immediate termination of your license and may lead to potential legal action.
5. Termination
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your license to use any product from Creacy Studio will automatically terminate if you breach any of the terms in this Agreement. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using and delete any copies of the product in your possession.
6. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising from or related to this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Indonesia with jurisdiction over the applicable venue.
